Lian Li PC-O11D Mini Case

Lian Li PC-O11D Mini Case

Lian Li PC-O11D has good flexibility and capacity through which you can use your potentials on the compact build. It has adequate airflow and good dust management as well. You can build the inside easily and cable management is also easy. It’s a great case and far better than most others for this price. The case itself is versatile and each part is of good material quality. Its quality is premium as well as its features.

It is recommended highly and even if you want a full-sized motherboard, go with its mid-size. Note that it needs an SFX power supply. O11D is very sturdy and a great work of craftsmanship. Lian Li has produced and released some good-quality PC cases. In case you plan to build a good compact full atx case, you can check out its creations as well.

Lian Li O11D, a great PC case for a mini gaming build. It has lots of options for fans placement and also has plenty of room for your 280mm AIO. The tempered glasses are of another quality that you’d definitely love. Despite its small case, it easily holds the inside parts and components. The cable management needs some creativity to make its place and once done, it sure looks good and neat.

Pros
  • Easy build inside
  • Neat and easy cable management
  • Plenty of room despite the mini size
  • Premium and quality parts
  • Versatile Case
  • Good capacity
  • Good value of money
Cons
  • More perforation on the top cover could lead more airflow

Fractal Design Meshify C

Fractal Design Meshify C

Fractal Design Meshify C can be considered as one of the best compact atx cases. It comes with some awesome features that make it stand out. This amazing mid-tower case is somewhat shorter than any other mid-tower case which makes it easier to move it to anywhere in the room. The cable management is not the worst but not the best either. The case feels solid and sturdy. The dust filters can be easily removed and cleaned that are situated on the top, front, and bottom panels. The airflow is on point and lets the fan blow freely as it has no hard front panel choking the flow.

The Fractal Design Meshify C is a thing for any beginners and it will definitely click with them. The quality of the build is great & well-constructed, does not include unnecessary features, and a best compact computer case. It has tempered glass that is classy but it is like a fingerprint magnet. You can literally mount more than 7 fans in this pc case which sounds like cock and bull. But it is true.

Pros
  • Compact ATX build
  • Includes 2 retail-grade 120mm fans
  • Easy to set-up
  • Front, top, and bottom easily removable fan filters
Cons
  • The front mesh let the noise escape easily
  • Not fit for oversized ATX motherboards
  • Polarized Mesh design

Cooler Master HAF XB EVO

Cooler Master HAF XB EVO

Cooler Master HAF XB EVO is an all-rounder case you can get with a good value. You may find a better case than this but not a good value. It is super easy to get to the mainboard in this. It is a portable small atx case and you can easily move it to any corner of your room with the two extra handles that it provides.

The MB tray is removable, and the top panel can fit in with a 200mm fan. However, the 200mm fan only supports the cooler master Megaflow fans. The anchor points are also super easy to find out during setting it up. It is a really narrow case and this means you will get an excellent movement of air.

It is an excellent case, runs cooler, has a sort of PSU shroud, and is a good value for money. The two-floor system will make your system look tidy and clean. Also, you can remove the LEDs easily if you need a change in color.

However, there is not a lot of room for a longer GPU along with a stocky cooler, as well as cable management. It will be a wise decision to use SSDs top-mounted instead of hard drives as it won’t have any space after all those components. Overall, the HAF XB EVO is one of the best compact atx cases on the list and does a great job.

Pros
  • Extremely sturdy and well-built
  • Unique cube shape makes it different from others
  • All side panels (including the top) are removable
  • Excellent ventilation and cooling options
  • The top panel can accommodate a 200MM fan
  • The MB tray is removable
  • It has a PSU shroud (sort of)
  • The 2-floor system makes the system look tidy
Cons
  • Plastic tabs on the front panel break easily

Riotoro CR1080

Riotoro CR1080

Even though Riotoro CR1080 is a mini-tower case, it still allows full ATX boards. It does not lose any functionality even though it is small in size. It is sturdy, unique, cool, and of good quality. CR1080 can hold more than 3 drives along with an SSD. It comes with one front fan and it also has a slot for a rear 80mm fan. However, make sure your GPU is not too tall and not longer than your mobo since the cables need a path for management. The panel walls are really thin to be easily bent. Apart from ATX, it can also handle ITX and m-ATX boards.

Though it does not have tempered glass, the plastic-type glass gives a very nice look to the case. The set-up or build-up inside is really easy and time-saving unless you don’t plan it ahead. The size is super convenient and a moveable one. The cable management is also easy and one of the best. The price to performance ratio is super good. A sturdy, tough, and quality mini-tower case with a reasonable price and that is Riotoro CR1080.

Pros
  • Reasonably priced
  • Light compact case
  • 2-chamber design
  • Up to 300mm max GPU support
  • Overall good build quality
Cons
  • The cable length
  • Only one case fan

Cooler Master MasterCase H500P

Cooler Master MasterCase H500P

MasterCase H500P is quite a decent PC case with overall satisfying performance. It has quite a large build. Fortunately, the panels are of plastic. Otherwise, it would weigh a lot if they were metal. It has a pretty good look but the problem is with the top and front panel. They are loose and come off easily. It should work well if you don’t move it too much. You can just remove the panels when you move the case. It showcases your RGB lights through the grey tempered glass and top/front plastic panel. It supports 120mm, 140mm, and also 200mm top fan radiator and 200mm on the front. However, it has no USB Type-C port at the front panel. The price to performance ratio is not of great value.

The Cooler Master MasterCase H500P has a good design. It has plenty of space and allows tons of airflows which is more than enough. The fan system is really quiet and runs cool as well.

Pros
  • Nice Design
  • Has 200mm intake fan design
  • Lots of air-flow
Cons
  • A bit pricey
  • Not good Price to performance

SilverStone Grandia GD09

SilverStone Grandia GD09

SilverStone can be called a perfect gaming pc case. It provides big airflow allowing the 4K gaming components to be cooler. It has plenty of space for the graphics options and disks. Also, it supports USB Type-C in the front panel. However, the fan is a bit noisy and hardly has anything to do as it does not have much quality for airflow. Also, it collects dust and in a few days, the fan blades become really dusty. Although the fan does not provide much airflow, the case has other options for far better airflow. The case is spacious enough to be able to hold a big cooler, GPU, and motherboard, etc.

The Grandia GD09 has two 80mm rear fans on the front. It does a pretty good job. And the front panel looks like brushed aluminum even though it is made of plastic. Overall, it is good but you can get a better one by adding some bucks with the price if you want.

Pros
  • Smallest ATX case
  • Awesome fit
  • Low price
Cons
  • Includes only one fan
  • Larger Cooler won’t fit in
  • The 2.5″ drive trays could have been better

NZXT H510

NZXT H510

NZXT H510 is one of the most highly recommended PC cases on this list. It has a good build quality and you can build the inside easily. Also, it is really easy to work with along with some easy cable management. Though, the inconvenience is that you have to unscrew the entire disk tray if you install the drives. However, it is alright since we are not gonna change it every day, right? If you wanted it for RGB, then it is a go since you will be getting 2 x 140mm RGB fans and a rear 120 non-RGB fan including the NZXT RGB controller. The price is a bit much for this case.

The thermals even with the AIO CPU did not give the best for cooling down the inside. It is not preferred that the inside is much warmer. So, adding a Thermo probe should suffice. However, it comes with a beautiful design as a minimalist case. The tempered glass is also good-looking. If you want to use the fans and NZXTs software for RGB, then go for it.

Pros
  • Beautiful and stylish design
  • Two 140mm RGB fans along with NZXT RGB controller
  • USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C
  • Excellent use of tempered glass
Cons
  • Higher-than-average price
  • No drive caddies
  • Limited front I/O

Thermaltake Core G3

Thermaltake Core G3

The Thermaltake Core G3 is the best slim ATX case as well as a compact ATX case. It allows plenty of airflows which allows it to have a well-ventilated space. However, it has no cable management. You have to be creative and careful to lay out the wires. That way it will be a little tidy and a little less messy. Those who really want their ATX mobo to be squeezed into a compact small case want to place it horizontally, it is for them. It would have been better with more driver bays, especially small SSD ones. Still, it does its job well. The power button is super sensitive and the metal used is thinner. Also, the PCI-E expansion slots are less flexible than you expected.

The overall note for Thermaltake Core G3 is good. It is easy to set up and build in apart from the wire management. The front panel comes off easily, so it is easy to keep it clean from time to time. This case can fit your overall all your needs. It is the best compact small case to fit your ATX mobo.

Pros
  • Low cost
  • Easy set-up
  • Easily removable front panel
  • Plenty of space
Cons
  • Thinner metal
  • No space behind the board for cables
  • Poor quality screws

Corsair Carbide 400C

Corsair Carbide 400C

The Corsair Carbide 400C is a subtle and great PC case. The corsair cases are known as premium cases with affordable prices and this one does not differ from that. It is a compact mid-tower case supporting 3 x 120 mm fans in the front for intake, 2 x 140mm fans, and 120mm in the rear part. Moreover, it is really easy to build inside allowing easily removable components. The included SSD rack is nice though it can hinder cable management behind the mobo. The airflow is really great through the front panel of the case. Including large holes made it easy for air intake with a nice dust filter. Not only does it offer great airflow but also keeps the PC case clean and dust-free.

Carbide 400C, a subtle minimalist design for a PC case makes it unique whatsoever. The price is reasonable for all the work it does. Even though it has a magnetic dust filter on the front part of the case, no dust filter is included for the top fan mounts. And it is hard to clean those after a while.

Pros
  • Classy and subtle style
  • Large and clear side-panel window
  • Compact case
  • Good build quality
Cons
  • Plastic made PSU and SSD mount
  • No optical drive or fan-controller bays

CORSAIR Crystal 460X RGB

CORSAIR Crystal 460X RGB

The CORSAIR Crystal 460X RGB case is of good quality and sturdy build entirely made with glass and metal. The cable management is rewarding though it was slightly difficult. It is a really nice building in the case for beginners. The tempered glass is thick and other parts are glazing. The RGBs are stunning also. It has plenty of space that is enough to fit all your components. Moreover, it supports liquid cooling as well as has enough room on the front, top and rear panel for better airflow. However, if you add a bigger liquid cooler, you may lose the space for your RAM and the fans will block cables attaching to the mobo.

This case supports 120mm, 240mm, 360mm radiators. 460X RGB is a compact and expandable case with two-panel tempered glass. The quality of this case is really good and feels very nice to touch. The airflow is also good enough to cool down your overheated overclocking CPU.

Pros
  • Tempered glass for a premium finish
  • Three fans included out of the box
  • Good pricing
  • Coolers of more than 170 mm in height will fit in
Cons
  • Not much space behind motherboard tray
  • Cable management is tricky
  • Can’t use 3.5″ drive bays with large PSU
  • Fingerprint magnet

Cooler Master Mastercase SL600M

Cooler Master Mastercase SL600M

The Cooler Master MasterCase SL600M is a solid construction with excellent build quality. It is built with all metal and see-through glass by which you can view the whole system inside the case. It allows vertical airflow and supports big 200mm fans which allow lots of air. It does not have RGB rather the front I/O panel has some lights which are subtle. Also, the USB at the front has something like a motion sensor which lights up to be beautiful colors. The SL600M has been created with great craftsmanship and with the best particles. Moreover, it has a stylish and chic look that makes it look different from the others. But, the installation is somewhat difficult and tricky. Otherwise, every other thing is great here.

The cooling system of this fella is super quiet but not that soundless, and also keeps the case cool. But it does not have any rear exhaust fan. It has plenty of room which is why the cable management is done greatly, and you can work with it pretty easily. It has several areas and corners where you can hide the wires or cables. However, few storage mounts are placed in a very peculiar place. It looks tidy and clean if you build it that way but not upfront. Overall, it is a really beautiful case with some premium and high-quality construction.

Pros
  • One of the best design
  • High build quality
  • Keeps cool
  • Fits two big 200mm fan radiator
Cons
  • Lack of rear exhaust fan
  • A bit too sensitive Proximity sensor
  • Expensive

Corsair Carbide Air 540

Corsair Carbide Air 540

Corsair has made plenty of good computer apparatus including PC cases. Likewise, the Corsair Carbide Air 540 also comes with an amazing look with black and white contrast. It has a clean and big panel which lets the components be emphasized easily inside it. The double compartment system is really awesome and it allows to make a route for the PSU and SATA cables. The front and top grilles are easily removable and cleanable. Moreover, it is super quiet.

It is priced reasonably and a good value for the money you’re paying. It is sturdy and of better quality, than expected. However, the panels’ metal is kinda flimsy and they could have been great if it was of thicker ground. Air 540 has plenty of room for the components you need to build inside. The functionality is awesome and the build is something that is done easily.

This case includes Corsair Air Series AF140L 140mm fans. It allows a quieter performance than any typical case fan. Apart from 140mm, you can connect even 240mm and 360mm fans. It just varies in the number of fans. The build is fast, neat, and easily done.

Pros
  • Well-built water cooling support
  • Can hold 5 x 2.5†and 2 x 3.5″
  • Tool-less and screw-less installation
  • Plenty of space for up to two 240 or 280 mm radiators

Cons
  • Can be noisy sometimes
  • No PSU anti-vibration
  • Just two 3.5†drive accommodation

Cooler Master Masterbox 3.1 TG

Cooler Master Masterbox 3.1 TG

The Cooler Master Masterbox 3.1 TG is a slick-looking case with side panel tempered glass. It is inexpensive but has some good looks in its pocket. It has both systems for the micro-ATX, and mini-ITX motherboards. It provides quite good performance but the temperature gets high as the airflow is not sufficient. The fan radiators do not do a great job in pushing air. It has customizable bottom trim which comes in three different colors: Black, white, and red. It does not have that space for cable management and no space for hiding cables. SO, it may look messy unless you give some effort. The air-flow intake is not enough to subdue the high temperature. It has 4 x expansion slots and 2 x 3.5″ Drive Bays. Also, the I/O panel includes USB ports.

MasterBox 3.1 TG, a perfect build for simple build enthusiasts. Its affordable tempered glass is what made it awesome. Moreover, It supports both 120mm, and 240mm fan radiators. It has a few drawbacks, overall it works great.

Pros
  • Cheap
  • Great look
  • Tempered Glass
Cons
  • Insufficient air-flow intake
  • Runs hot
  • Messy cable management

Corsair Carbide 200R

Corsair Carbide 200R

Corsair manufactured products are always solid and of good build quality. They have one of the best construction and craftsmanship. This case is also nothing different. It is pretty old but a fantastic one. This 9-year-old case has some charisma in it and people love it for those specific reasons. It is a budget PC case of which you can get great value. Though it is really great, the side panel of this case is not that solid and the front panel is not easily removable. However, there are plenty of other features to subdue those drawbacks. The cable management is done easily because of the clear wiring path. It weighs less than what it looks like and is easily moveable. With a lot of space, you can easily reach out to any components in it.

The Corsair Carbide 200R is a great deal for budget buyers. It has more than enough features for a few bucks you are spending. However, the side panel is of cheap metal, and the corsair could have made a few changes to make it a little better.

Pros
  • Awesome assembly process
  • Super easy hard drive installation
  • Lots of space for the fans
  • Very good cable routing paths
  • Budget
  • Good build quality
Cons
